Act like a grown up. If something’s upsetting you, take it up with that person. If it’s worth dealing with, it’s worth YOU dealing with it. If it’s not worth YOU dealing with it, move on. We can speak to one another respectfully both on and off the board.

We will not cannibalize our own. The people on our board are here to support one another, not tear each other down. There will be times when someone does something stupid. Be kind. Next time you may be the one who slips.

If you set your own hair on fire, you are not a victim. What I mean by this is that if you constantly bring drama upon yourself, you will be gently and kindly called out for it.
